I am a lifelong sales guy. Throughout my career, I have led teams of all sizes. From start-ups to large international teams. I found out early in my career that enjoy the thrill of the hunt, the relationships, and the accountability that come with sales. Maybe that is why hunting/fishing, family, and faith are also so important in my personal life.

With over 30 years of experience, I have been exposed to a number of great leaders and salespeople. I have built my own leadership personality with elements of each of them. At the core of all of these are honesty, trust, and clear communication.

Now I enjoy working with small and medium business owners to help them build the business they have always dreamed of. Whether that is coaching a small business owner through the key elements to grow profits or getting hands-on to build the elements for immediate and long-term sales success.
